Postpone Community Roundtable for Leadership Transition

Background

A recently passed governance proposal called for the organization of a community roundtable on short notice. At the same time, the Decentral Games team has announced a leadership transition, with Spicy stepping in to lead day-to-day operations as part of the ongoing restructuring.

Proposal

Postpone the upcoming community roundtable until Spicy and the new leadership team feel ready and confident to host it.

Rationale

Given the significant restructuring currently underway, it is both practical and beneficial to allow the incoming leadership team adequate time to settle into their roles. This will ensure they are well-prepared to engage meaningfully with the community, address questions effectively, and provide clear updates. Delaying the roundtable will ultimately result in a more productive and constructive dialogue between the team and the community.
