Proposal from Tondy "Change the rewards"

Change the rewards the daily challenges give from 25 / 100 / 200 to 45 / 100 /150.

This will reduce the total amount from 330 to 300. (5+45+100+150) and balance the amount each challenge gives.

"i feel like its a necessary change because we still only see 0.6 burn to earn ratio and its gonna take a few months for some new major changes to come in"
