Background
Today, stacking wearables (checking in with multiple wearables you own or multiple wearables delegated to you) increases your earnings via the following multipliers: [2, 3, 4, 5] wearables --> [1.2x, 1.4x, 1.6x, 1.8x]. The wearable bonuses also sum (e.g. stacking 2 wearables with 30% bonus earns 1.2*(1 + 2(0.3)) = 1.92x). However, regardless of the number of wearables worn, the NFT owner earns [1, 2, 3] XP for completing [Easy, Medium, Hard] challenges.
Proposal
Instead of [1, 2, 3] XP for completing [Easy, Medium, Hard] challenges, apportion XP as [N, 2N, 3N] XP, where 'N' is the number of wearables stacked.
Rationale
This will further incentivize stacking, which is good for the reasons outlined in the recently passed Proposal #QmNQrnu. This would also make the scenario that someone wishes to burn ICE upgrading but doesn't have sufficient XP less likely on the margin, resulting in more upgrades (and more ICE burned).
