Was a proposal to give a very small amount to sng leaderboard. We noticed a 6X increase compared to past sundays. This proposal was very successful and costs almost nothing in term of prizes (plus the proposal itself saved ~1160monthly in terms of prizes. Not taking into account the 6X increase in game play).
This Proposal aims to make 1 time per month event in SNG
Proposal Once per month make a SNG monthly day, lasting 24h UTC time. One in April, one in May, etc etc
Award the top 15 people. The idea is to incentivize people to come play. Plus it cant be on a sunday due to the weekly leaderboard.

The day (date of the event) will be picked by whomever owns more NFTs the previous month, via a ticket to the team, where the team approves the date and announces. In case by the end of the month there is no set date, then the seconds biggest holder picks, and so on. Ultimately the team can pick a date.
Daily Rake rewards are reduced from 30-22-16-11-7 to 24-18-14-10-6
Rationale DG invested in the past in SNG, if weekly and a monthly even bring people to play, its a very net positive aspect. Here, we will also introduce the 99 shine option. Where a team member activates the 99 Shine option for that day. Since its once per month and that option already exists in the code, its not a hard thing to do
Someone needs to pick a day, so it works well for several people and its not always the same date (due to holidays ect ect) giving the option for someone to pick vs just a fix day (example first of the month), can be more productive. (and also so its not on the same day of the weekly leaderboard)
Prizes given are a small cost, and, arguably if it has as much success as weekly SNG might be quite profitable. The idea is to bring people and even bring big players for the 99 shine.
The cost is $379. a small amount and the previous proposal did save $1160. (1/3 of the previous saved budget amount) Its a 1 time monthly cost anyway so its not a lot. and might even get some people to jump to the casino for fun. People can also bring friends and old users to come, so from a marketing perspective its good. - reminder the weekly leaderboard is half the prizes and we noticed a 6X increase due to it.
The idea is whomever own more nfts clearly cares about the project and is more likely to be in sync with possible players. Plus a symbolic gesture as team can always refuse and ultimately decide
Adding that to be more budget neutral, we very slightly reduced daily rake rewards Now they have a 86 daily cost. This proposal reduces to 72. Thats 14 dollar reduction. Over 31 days its 434. Hence the proposal saves the team 55 dollars
