Increase Max Bet

Background

Current Max Bets are 200 DAI and 2,000 MANA for Blackjack and Roulette. Additionally, there are caps of 25 DAI and 250 MANA per single Roulette square and 100 DAI and 1,000 MANA per non-single square.

As the Gameplay Treasury approaches $500K, we can support larger bet sizes to welcome high roller players.

Proposal

Increase DAI Max bets to 500 DAI for Blackjack and Roulette with caps of 50 DAI per single square and 250 DAI per non-single square.

Note: MANA USD value is up > 100% since initial Max Bets were set, so I think the current caps are still reasonable.
