Background

Per Proposal #QmPXRmY, Uni-V2 ETH-$DG LP rewards are 500 $DG/week 3/16 - 4/19. We have ~$10M in L1 liquidity, of which, we provide ~$1.6M liquidity ourselves; we also have 2 growing pools of L2 liquidity on QuickSwap.

Proposal

4/20 - 5/24, set Uni-V2 ETH-$DG LP rewards to 350 $DG/week.

Rationale

500 $DG/week (~$800K/mon) and ~$10M L1 LP are higher than the project needs given the self-provisioning of LP and L2 LP. After this reduction, LP APY will still be ~80%, which is generous for Months 5 and 6 of the project and still ~2x Governance rewards.
