Add USDT as a Gameplay Option

Background

Since launch, DG has supported MANA and DAI gameplay. In the past, we’ve targeted ~$150K USD value in each gameplay token for a blackswan losses event.

Proposal

Add USDT as a gameplay option. In order to provide the initial funding for the USDT gameplay treasury, convert $150K DAI in the gameplay treasury to USDT.

Rationale

There’s a lot of untapped potential here: MANA and DAI market caps are ~$1.5B and ~$3B, respectively; whereas, USDT market cap is ~$40B. The gameplay treasury has ~$400K in DAI, so allocating $150K to USDT leaves plenty for a blackswan losses event.
