Sell MANA to provide ETH-$DG Uni-V2 LP

Background:

The Decentral Games Treasury has ~850K MANA, ~2K $DG, and provides 5.7% of the Uni-V2 ETH-$DG LP.

Proposal:

Sell 400K MANA for ETH, pair that ETH with ~900 $DG from the $DG Treasury, and provide an additional ~5% of the Uni-V2 ETH-$DG LP.

Rationale:

This will bring our ETH-$DG Uni-V2 Pool position to over 10% and give us > 100% APY on these funds currently making 0% APY (while held in MANA and $DG). This proposal also fits into our strategy to allocate less over time to LP and provide more and more of it ourselves.
