Token Launch Format

Proposal to use the following launch format for $FEDS based tokens:

REPLACING THE WORD PRESALE WITH "PRESWAP"

Preswap: 45% at 10k USD market cap ($4500 total)

• Collect preswaps in $FEDS (voting agents get first access, then rest of $FEDS holders)
• Maximum contribution: $500 for 5%
• Minimum contribution: $100 for 1%
• Once $4500 is collected, begin to sell $FEDS for ETH (OTC or via LP)
• Consider distributing tokens via vesting schedule agreed upon by preswap contributors
• If preswap amount is not collected, then token does not launch

Liquidity Pool: 45% at 10k USD market cap

• Take ETH collected from preswap and pair with 45% of the token supply
• Launch liquidity pool at same price as preswap amount

Marketing/Treasury: 10%

• Saved for listing fees, rewards for community, and any other shared community expenses

TAXES: Liquidity tax to boost liquidity pool health over time. Marketing tax to ensure long term community participation rewards. Amounts to be determined by each preswap community

PROS:

• no snipers
• even distribution
• big holders are known/proven contributors
• volume/swap fees from $FEDS trading
• might attract buy pressure
• rewards active $FEDS holders
• gives utility to $FEDS

CONS:

• would have to sell tokens for ETH
• might cause concern with passive $FEDS holders
• could potentially dilute attention/liquidity if new token does not attract new holders

I want to be in ready position to reclaim election narrative and Donald J. Pepe when time comes. By preparing the mechanism ahead of time, this will speed up the deployment time if we see a good opportunity to get back in position.
