Proposal: This is a proposal to vote on whether and to what level to increase the entry fee for supervaults II

This is one of the proposals aiming to fix the H2O peg.

As mentioned in the Defrost docs, supervaults II are now collecting an “entry ticket” for users who wish to join, paid in MELT, and proportional to the LPs deposited. Due to the fall in MELT price, the entry ticket is currently too cheap and can hardly be effective.

Shall we increase the entry fee for supervaults II and if so to what extent?

Options:

1. No, we shall not increase the entry fees of supervaults II.
2. Yes, please increase the entry fee for all supervaults II to 100 MELT per $1000 collateral.
3. Yes, please increase the entry fee for all supervaults II to 300 MELT per $1000 collateral.
4. Yes, please increase the entry fee for all supervaults II to 500 MELT per $1000 collateral.
