[DIP 3] Treasury Strategy Part 1 of 2 - Weighted Voting

The purpose of this proposal is to gauge the desire to integrate various strategies into the Degen Dwarfs treasury plan.

The results of this weighted poll will be used in combination with the recommended strategy sizing to guide a final proposal for the Degen Dwarfs treasury. The strategies will be sorted by their recommended size as well as their weighted votes to determine which combination strategies from each sizing level to incorporate.

Strategies with more votes will :

1. have a better chance of being incorporated
2. potentially be sized larger, within their proposed range.

THIS MEANS ITS OK TO GIVE MORE VOTES TO A SMALL STRATEGY AND LESS TO A LARGE STRATEGY.

If a small strategy gets more votes than any other strategy, it just means it will likely be integrated, but it does not increase the size of the strategy.

VOTING IS WEIGHTED. GIVE MORE VOTES TO STRATEGIES YOU WISH FOR THE TREASURY TO UTILIZE.
