Allocation of Inception Ark NFTs from the DeGenerousDAO Treasury

Proposal Overview

DeGenerousDAO is in possession of 100 Inception Ark NFTs in our treasury. This proposal is to seek community consensus on how we should allocate these valuable assets to maximize the potential and growth of our DAO.

Proposal Details

The Inception Ark NFTs hold unique value. The distribution of these NFTs should never look to dilute the value of invested holders. Instead, it should always strive to add value to the growth process of DeGenerousDAO. We want to use them in various ways over a multi-year if not multi-decade period. Some examples may be for marketing when going on twitter spaces or collaborating with Ethereum-based projects. But, for now, the team would like permission to start using a small amount over the next few months.

We propose the following allocation:

1. Strategic Partnerships (10 NFTs): To foster and establish strategic partnerships that will contribute to the expansion and development of our DAO, we propose to allocate 10 of our Inception Ark NFTs. These partnerships could potentially bring about collaborations that will improve our reach, network, and overall growth.

2. Community Participation Rewards (10 NFTs): In order to encourage community participation and engagement, we propose to allocate another 10 Inception Ark NFTs as rewards. The specifics of how these NFTs may be distributed are as follows:

   • a. Best Ambassador of July 2023 (1 NFT): As a token of our appreciation for the efforts of our community ambassadors, we propose to reward the Best Ambassador of July (TBD) with 1 Inception Ark NFT. This will not only serve as a reward but also as an incentive for others to actively participate and contribute to the community.
   • b. CoNexus Playing Incentives: We propose to allocate a couple (TBD) of NFTs to enhance playing incentives for CoNexus, further promoting community engagement, participation, and reach as we open v1 for outsiders.
