Potentials launch

Despite always having a multi-chain vision with a mint and partners spanning blockchains, DeGenerousDAO has so far only been building on top of Exosama Network.

The past months have gone well, with consistent innovative deployments and daily updates from our team. In turn, Inception Arks has become the leading collection on Raresama by volume, even surpassing the chain's governing collection.

We believe it's now time to truly go multi-chain, expand, and aim further, as we plan to roll out a new website, a couple of new platforms, new multiplayer games, updates to our current AI platform, as well as kickstart the Dischordian Saga - the community-governed story immediately allowing you to evolve your avatar, equipping traits on-chain.

We want to have a better liquidity environment and aim for our products to be used by the masses. It's time to consider all the options for deploying our flagship collection - Potentials, which will unlock out of Arks.

We propose for our main avatars to unlock out of the Arks on Ethereum & Arbitrum, and thus reveal the art on platforms such as Opensea and Blur.

Potentials would in that case be priced in ETH on Mainnet, but transacting on Arbitrum.

The 'hologram' model would use cross-chain nested tokens to allow an easier onboarding & trading experience via Ethereum, and lightning speed & economical costs for users' transactions such as trait-equipping via Arbitrum (besides being a large ecosystem by itself).

Inception Arks would hold historical value and utility as a cool background that can be bought to be equipped on a Potential. Moreover, they would grant exclusive access to the Project Inception Ark—a thrilling space exploration story—within CoNexus, our cutting-edge AI storytelling platform. As we’ve shown with the recent airdrop, we cherish our roots within Moonsama and Polkadot and we fully hope they grow. We want to improve the accessibility to our ecosystem and retain value for Inception Arks on the Exosama Network. We are open to working with Moonsama, and XCM collaborations with other Polkadot parachains in the future.

However, our team is a mere tool for the community to use, and we always aim to form the roadmap based on the DAO’s wishes - to always be aligned with Ark/Potential holders. Our goal is to empower our community to shape our way forward. So, please let us know what you’d like our future to be like, we encourage discussions.

TL;DR We propose to deploy Potentials on the Ethereum ecosystem (airdropping them to Ark holders) and keep Inception Arks on Raresama.

Regarding the launch itself, we will most likely take a snapshot of Ark holders next week, announce it on social media, and airdrop them Potentials within 30 minutes. Until the snapshot is announced, Arks are eligible to get the Potentials airdrop.
