Community Wallet Funds Allocation (Community Proposal)

● The Ask: This proposal asks for the utilization of roughly 22 ETH worth of funds from the community wallet to be used in order to purchase assets to be used as giveaways to delisted holders of the Degen Toonz Genesis Collection and Detonated Toonz Collection.

● Motivation: We as the Toonz community feel that by using a portion of our community wallet on an ongoing basis to fund community directed giveaways that reward holders for purchasing or holding delisted genesis TOONZ will help in onboarding new TOONZ as well as furthering a strong, close knit, diamond handed community.

● Rationale: Incentivize current Degen Toonz Genesis token holders to hold their tokens unlisted and onboard new members into the Degen Toonz ecosystem. Ideally this will replenish the community wallet with ETH accumulated from secondary sales as well.

● Specifications: The Degen Toonz Community Wallet would purchased the specified NFTs for the giveaways:

• Month 1 Giveaway - 1 X Wumbo Pass NFT Valued 2 ETH + 5 X Merch Packages at 0.2 ETH value each (6 winners for month 1 drawing)

• Month 2 Giveaway - 3 X Otherdeeds Valued 2 - 3 ETH each or TOONZ valued at 2 - 3 ETH (3 winners for month 2 drawing)

• Month 3 Giveaway - 2 X Winners of 2.5 ETH (2 winners for month 3 drawing)

• Month 4 Giveaway - 1X Winner of 5 ETH ( 1 winner for month 4 drawing)

● Raffle ticket accumulation begins at 1st of month of deemed start date for 3 month giveaway period based on implementation process mentioned below:

• Raffle Ticket Accumulation - Toon must be held without listing or transfer to begin raffle ticket accumulation period listed below:

● OG Toon accumulates 1 TICKET every 3 DAYS (10 per month held) ● Mutated Toon accumulates 1 TICKET every 5 DAYS (6 per month held) ● Detonated Toon accumulates 1 TICKET every 15 DAYS (2 per month held)

** Holders may choose how many raffle tickets to enter into any of the above raffles during giveaway period and limited by their current accumulated ticket amount.**

** Holders are not required to enter any # of raffle tickets into any given raffle (ie. can skip Giveaway 1 and enter all tickets into Giveaway 2)**

● Raffle ticket submission eligibility period:

• Giveaway 1 - submission period ends on last day of Month 1
• Giveaway 2 - submission period ends on last day of Month 2
• Giveaway 3 - submission period ends on last day of Month 3
• Giveaway 4 - submission period ends on last day of Month 4

● Implementation Steps:

1. @abstractdrift to build out the raffle giveaway system a. This will include the creation of a ticketing system that rewards holders with “raffle” tickets for holding delisted tokens.

• The steps to implement the proposal, including associated costs, manpower, and other resources for each step where applicable

• Beginning date will be 1st of month following completion of ticketing system deemed by buildout period needed by @abstractdrift

● Timelines:

• Raffle Ticketing system to be built out in August/September 2022

• First Raffle to be completed In September, raffle date to be determined by raffle system completion date

● First Raffle Target date: Sept 1st or Sept 15th

• All Raffles to be completed on the same date of each consecutive month

● Estimated Cost: 22 ETH
