Charity Wallet Funds Transfer -- Community submission

Community Proposed Vote: --Transfer 80% of charity funds and allocated future royalties to the community wallet, or --Do not Transfer

Breakdown : -- The community has stated interest in transferring 80% of current ETH in the charity wallet into the community wallet. This proposal includes the future allocation of any split royalties that are allocated towards the community to be capped at 20% to the charity wallet and 80% to the community wallet. -- This proposal is not intended to limit charity contributions as the community may still vote to utilize community funds towards any charity effort proposed.

Timeline: Upon voting completion the decision will be acted upon immediately to transfer 80% of Charity wallet funds into the Community wallet.

Goal: --Allow an expansion of the community wallet funds.

Cost: 80% of the Charity wallet Balance to be moved into the Community wallet.
