Purchase Spectre VC NFT "Quantum access pass"

Proposal Good day,

I propose we purchase 1 Quantum Access Pass (current .9 eth) with the liquid avax.

This will allow Degen Yeti Ski Club to partake in seed round investments of early vetted projects, by Spectre VC. Spectre VC is a group breaking up seed fund allocations into smaller portions for a community ran VC fund.

This will allow us to get great deals on early vetted projects with smaller allocations, mitigating risk by diversifying higher-risk investments. (ex - Rather than spending 1 million or more to get pre-launch token and having that token not perform we would be out 1 million vs we can get it through Spectre VC with exposure in a much more manageable amount of 500-2000 usd value)

We also benefit from the hours placed into research and negotiating/ closing the deals, which we would not have the backing or presence to obtain ourselves.

There is also a verifiable "whale" section which if we were to mint out and have large funds available, may be worth looking into.

Investments negotiated have been; Ravendawn, Alethea (Ali token purchase price of .025 eth (mark cuban invested at .01 allocation) pre copper launch allocation pre-CEX/DEX current market prices roughly .07 - ath .20 ), Banger games, Auki verse, others, and many more to come.

KYC is necessary and will happen with a volunteer basis with DAO members before we can take advantage of any investment through Spectre. There are currently two candidates I am speaking with who have not expressed any concern.

NFT is kept in the hardware wallet that cisco has custody of and will be the wallet KYCd.

Each investment opportunity will be a new snapshot to allocate the funds for that specific project/ allocation.

The tokens will be sent to the hardware wallet when the vesting schedule completes (I think tokens have to be sent back to the wallet that is KYCd)

The current floor price of Quantum pass is .94 Eth, For the sake of this vote we will proceed if the floor climbs up to 1.2 eth (that is 15 pass floor) max before requiring a different vote.
