Lower Mint Price to 2 Avax

I am in favor of lowering the mint price to 2 Avax. I think there will be alot of things we could do with the extra capital in our treasury. I also think the community and DYSC fan will be extremely happy with this decision. It will make it more affordable for people to mint. We can finally finish the mint and move forward from here as a community that has held strong even though some un certain times.
