Allow NFTs to be redeemed against the treasury at a future date (IDEA ONLY)

This proposal is about the IDEA to allow the Yeti NFTs to be redeemed against the DAO treasury at a later date in time.

As this can work in several ways or over different time periods, this vote DOES NOT address any of those specifics!

WHY?

NFT redemption can provide an intrinsic value to the Yetis, as they can be redeemed for liquid assets. It can provide skin in the game for the holders. It can create a fun dynamic. It can make Yetis more scarce (redemption for burn?) It can provide clear direction/value to the project. It can provide perks for Yeti Rarity (Mythic Yeti can be redeemed for more than Rare Yeti, etc.)
