Reveal the usage of Dego.Dandy

Dego.Dandy has been issued for more than a year. The origin clue was "It's a mysterious module. We're going to leave hidden messages in multiple areas, and hopefully you'll find the answer." But until now no one finds clues for the module.

During the recent hack, the private key of Dandy's governance address is revealed to the hacker too. Ideally Dandy is in danger too, and the current migration plan does not include Dandy.

So I propose we vote, if there are enough people interested to reveal this puzzle, I propose team publish an article about the story of Dandy.
