Gnosis Delegate Program Selection

Summary

With the passing of GIP-101 and the conclusion of the delegate program nomination process, this snapshot vote will serve as the selection process for the Gnosis DAO’s delegate program.

The program received 18 applications expressing interest in becoming a Gnosis DAO Delegate. The top ten delegates selected from this snapshot will receive a 5k GNO delegation for six months.

This initiative is aimed at fostering increased governance involvement in the Gnosis DAO.

Eligibility

This snapshot will include all submitted nominations to ensure the DAO has a broad selection of applicants. This permissive strategy additonally considers that some submissions were received from applicants who have demonstrated alignment with the Gnosis Chain ecosystem, but may not have the required forum or Discord time.

Voting Method

This selection process will utilise the weighted voting strategy to select delegates. Each voter can distribute voting power across any number of choices, from one to all.

Next Steps

Following the conclusion of this snapshot, the top ten delegates selected will receive a 5k GNO delegation for six months.

To remain in good standing with this program, these delegates will be required to participate in GnosisDAO governance as stated in the delegate expectations.
