As the insurance pool increases in funds, we propose to adjust the system parameters as follows

Max Leverage:30X➝75X Maintenance Margin Ratio:3%➝1% Auto-Liquidation Margin Ratio:1%➝0.5% Position Minimum:100BUSD➝500BUSD Parameter κ- BTC- PCF Rate:100➝1000 Parameter κ- ETH- PCF Rate：80➝800 Parameter ρ- BTC- PCF:0.1%➝0.12% Parameter ρ- ETH- PCF:0.1%➝0.12%

Pro:

1. The capital ultilization increased by 2.5 times
2. The position mining APR increased by 2.5 times
3. Harder to trigger ADL and liquidation for positions with low leverage
4. Lower position change fee(PCF)

Con:

1. More over loss liquidations may create more system loss
2. Less arbitrage opportunities may lead to system risks
