004. Airdrop eDRF to users from other DAO, such as Uniswap, People, DYDX, etc, who show interest to Derify Protocol

To expand the user base of the Derify DAO and further improve the decentralization of governance, Derify needs to attract more members who are committed to our DAO construction. It is proposed to attract members from other DAO/protocols to participate in our governance through eDRF airdrop. Details are as followed.

1. Any Derify community members are encouraged to find other DAO on snapshot (https://snapshot.org/#/), and initiate a new proposal. 2. Derify DAO would airdrop a certain amount of eDRF to those who participate in the proposal voting

3. Derify DAO would also airdrop the same amount of eDRF to the community member who initiated the proposal at a ratio of 1:1, that is, how much total eDRF the proposal airdrops to voters, and also airdrops the same amount of eDRF to the proposal initiator. For instance, 10 new members who received 3,000 eDRF each, the initiator would receive the sum of their total eDRF, 10 * 3,000 = 30,000 eDRF

4. Each snapshot space supports 1 and only 1 airdrop activity per quarter, that is, if a snapshot space has multiple such proposals within a quarter, only the first proposal would be considered as a valid proposal

5. Proposal that maliciously defrauds eDRF will be judged as an invalid proposal. No eDRF will be given
