Approval of the Independent Audit of the Protocol’s Smart Contract and Allocation of the Assets for the Relevant Audit Financing

Main Goal

To perform the truly decentralized and independent audit (the “Audit”) of the smart contract of DeXe Protocol (the “Contract”).

Summary

I, in my capacity as a technical specialist and community member of DeXe, acting independently and to the best interest of DeXe community, understand that due to the rapid expansion and growth of DeXe Protocol, we need to perform high-quality Audit of the Contract. For these purposes, I hereby propose the following:

to subcontract the following providers of the professional services in this sphere for the Audit performance: Hacken (https://hacken.io/), CertiK (https://www.certik.com/) and Ambisafe (https://www.ambisafe.com/). In my opinion and taking into account my understanding of the market, these providers are the best in the sphere and, therefore, I suppose that each of them should perform the Audit independently;
to subcontract two providers of the professional services in this sphere for the Audit performance from the following: OpenZeppelin (https://www.openzeppelin.com/), BlockSec (https://blocksec.com/), Arcadia (https://arcadia.agency/) and ChainSecurity (https://chainsecurity.com/). In my opinion, these providers have lower priority for us, therefore, I propose to DeXe community to choose two of them in comments to this proposal;
to appoint Mr Taras Zharun, in his capacity as blockchain legal expert and DeXe community member, as DeXe community’s representative in relations with abovementioned service providers and to allocate 250 000 DeXe tokens for the purposes of the Audit financing to the following virtual assets wallet: 0x5C51015f9b7AFa97138232AE609D984a7dAeC306, which will be managed by Mr Taras Zharun; and
to oblige Mr Taras Zharun to report to DeXe community on the results of the Audit performance and to provide to the community the report on the mentioned above assets use.

In my opinion, the process of the Audit performance should take no more than 3 months from the date of approval of this proposal.
