Waiting for Dexe to release product I want to help traders and investors value the platform. Like why is Dexe important for defi? What is the big deal? And yes I have DEXE tokens, a lot, and I want the price to grow.

I have marketing and community experience. I also participated in many ambassador programs and man they are effective! I want Dexe to do one and want to formally propose it as a DAO member of Dexe.

First and very important is to use Discord. Discord has roles that set channel access and all these bots that help run the ambassador program. Bot make all communication easier in my experience.

Dexe Ambassador Program launch

I suggest making the program have 3 level with different task difficulty.

Length: 4 month but possible extend.

Total reward pool: $10k in DEXE token

Every task of the program gives points that convert in DEXE. At the end of each program stage, the winners get the DEXE in wallet.

So 3 levels and 4 stages and each stage is 30 days long.

Give the team one week after each stage ends to announce result and then 3-5 days to send the reward to winners wallets.

Obviously participants must be dexe discord members because all activity and task posting will be in discord.

Program Level 1:

Task types:

• Telegram activity (pot comments and chat activity)
• Twitter activity (post comments, likes, retweets, mentiones)
• Discord activity (in server channels)
• Reddit activity (comment and upvote)

Structure:

Run through gleam.io every 14 days with regular contests.

How to count points:

Dexe should buy the Pro plan of gleam.io that is $97 monthly (˜$400 total). This platform is really good, you can track the tasks and count points.

Program Level 2:

Task types:

• Translating and publishing articles and posts (telegram & twitter) into your local language (turkish, chinese, arabic, spanish…..)
• Participate in monthly community battles

Rules to participate:

• Must publish translations on Medium or similar
• Must tweet about Dexe and a link to the translation
• Translation must be true to original without any distortion of information
• Any language is acceptable if participant followed all the rules and published during contest
• Every participant must register in a google form with a link to the translation, link to the tweet, discord name, and BEP20 wallet address

How to count points:

Moderators* will check rewards manually. Maximum points is 200, minimum 10. One stage of level two lasts one month. Rewards will be counted and sent after each stage.

*moderators are 4 community members chosen by the community and the team. They will help run the ambassador program, check quality of work and moderate everything in the program. They will receive a salary - $100 in DEXE per month. (4 members * $100) * 4 months = $1600

Battle structure:

Battle will be discussion in telegram chat or in discord. Battle will be announced in Dexe official channel a day or two before it starts and the topic will be announced too so everyone can prepare. The battle starts when questions on the topic are posted. Who gives the most interesting and detailed answers win the battle.

Every battle has three winners:

• 1st place 100 points

• 2nd 50 points

• 3rd 30 points

How to count points:

After the battle ends, chat moderators collect all answers and decide winners by:

• Is the info true?
• How detailed?
• How unique?

They will announce winners maybe 3-5 days after the battle ends.

Level 3

Create your own Dexe content

Task types:

• Write and research your own articles in your language.
• Do a video on a topic or showing why a Dexe product is cool, what it can do and so on.
• Create stickers or maybe infographic

Rules to participate:

• Must publish on your account in Medium, Youtube and such
• Must tweet from your account and mention Dexe and a link to what you created for the contest.
• Every participant must register in a google form with a link to his work, link to the tweet mentioning Dexe, discord name, and BEP20 wallet address

How to count points:

Hand-checked by moderators like in Level 2. 2000 points maximum and 10 minimum.

At the end of the months all the points of each participants are added up to see total.

The gets points based on:

1. How informative and true is your content
2. Quality of that content
3. How much it covers about Dexe
4. How creative it is

How rewards are distributed:

Will be distribute in 3-5 days after the end of each stage (each stage lasts one month). Winners sent DEXE token in BEP-20 network to address they gave in the google form.

Influencers who have big reach

I noticed that influence with a lot of followers are not participating in ambassador programs. Maybe it’s the bad market today? But they bring the most people to a project so Dexe should get influencers to the program. Let’s create fixed budget to attract some good influencers and channels. They can share info about the program and about Dexe general news.

Let’s make the budget $30k in DEXE For influencers let the Dexe core team reach out to the them and coordinate choosing partnerships based on cost effectiveness and the total budget for this.

How it will all work:

So like I mentioned, some community members will be chosen as moderators to help run different parts of the Ambassador program. I get it is not realistic to make it all work without core team members helping out. So let the team coordinate the program overall. This will avoid some risk. And the team will find the program interesting because it brings good attention to Dexe and products.
