4.提案方案正文/Specification 采用两级推荐返佣制度，由推荐者生成推荐链接，被邀请者一旦通过链接存款，推荐者就可以持续获得返佣 返佣以itoken结算，返佣从被邀请者收益中抽取。 返佣需要推荐者自行提取，也可以当被邀请者提取的时候，合约同步为邀请者提取返佣收入，以节省gas费用
