Proposal #23 - Lost Locked JEWEL Restoration

With the upcoming migration of Serendale from Harmony to Klaytn, we are presented with a unique opportunity to potentially help our community members in a way that is normally never possible. The Locked Jewel currently on Harmony will never unlock and must be snapshotted for replacement balances. Since Locked Jewel will be airdropped and claimed on other chains (following its previously voted on distribution pattern), the received balance can be adjusted in the case of a verified and proven situation.

Those who sent their Locked Jewel to themselves, if their balance can be verified. As we have made known in the past, if someone interacted directly with the smart contract to transfer a balance and mistakenly put in their own address, the Locked Jewel was lost entirely. This is easily verified through the transaction in which they sent the Locked Jewel to their own address. So long as the balance that was sent is verifiable, these individuals would be eligible for restoration. The total of all these transfers is no more than 75,000 Locked Jewel, or 0.026% of the total Locked Jewel supply. The proposed process and application is below.

• Submit the Lost Locked Token Redistribution Form https://forms.gle/fEg2k9Vn9QeyU3ps8
• Include the transaction number and link showing where the transfer was done
• These Locked Tokens will only be sent to the same 0x address as previously held them
