This DIP aims to adjust risk parameters for the saETH vault on the Arbitrum network.

Motivation

Regular assessments have been performed to enhance overall risk management for the USX protocol and better cater to market needs. Proposed parameter adjustments include the saETH supply cap and the USX mint cap on the Arbitrum network.

Proposed parameters for the saETH vault on Arbitrum network:

• LTV: 70%
• Supply cap: 5,000 saETH (previously 2,000 saETH)
• Mint cap: 6,000,000 USX (previously 4,000,000 USX)
• Borrow fee: 0%
• Borrow interest: 16%
• Liquidation fee: 5%
• Close factor: 50%
