Create a W3SOP Discord Server

Description of the proposal.

We, the DGNZ Team, are proposing this for a few different reasons:

1. to not bloat the DGNZ Discord with too much W3SOP info.
2. to create a centralized space for W3SOP fans/participants/team members to congregate.
3. to remove new members confusion when joining the DGNZ Discord - "can anyone play in W3SOP Sunday Special? What's the difference between these freerolls?"
4. to allow for the growth on both W3SOP & DGNZ, respectively.

This server will be a huge stepping stone in the direction of growing the W3SOP to being the largest Web3 event in the world, which we as the DGNZ have governance over. We are excited to take this step forward with you all as we collectively continue to grow.
