The annual treasury vote ensures DIA has the resources to scale adoption, strengthen decentralization, and expand into new verticals following the successful deployment of DIA Lumina. This year's unlock supports our transition from infrastructure development to market adoption across RWA tokenization, stablecoins, vault strategies, GameFi, and institutional DeFi.
As in previous years, the community had the opportunity to submit alternative proposals. We now have three options up for a vote.
1. Core Team Proposal: 2026 Treasury Allocation The core team's proposal requests approval for the annual treasury tranche to fund network expansion, product development, talent acquisition, and strategic reserves for emerging opportunities.
Total Allocation: 9,150,000 DIA tokens

2. Community Proposal #1: Airdrop for Governance Participants Submitted by user Ahmed, this proposal supports the core team's treasury allocation while reallocating 274,500 DIA tokens from the 2026 tranche for an airdrop rewarding community members who voted on governance proposals during 2022-2025.
Airdrop Allocation: 274,500 DIA tokens (reallocated from approved tranche)
Distribution Method: Equal shares to all eligible voters regardless of holdings

3. Community Proposal #2: Lasernet Activity-Based Airdrop Submitted by user Hypolithe, this proposal reallocates 91,500 DIA tokens from the 2026 tranche for an airdrop rewarding users who supported Lasernet through onchain activity (bridging or staking).
Airdrop Allocation: 91,500 DIA tokens (reallocated from approved tranche)
