Note

Approval requires more than 50% of YES votes and a minimum threshold of 10k DIA voting power across $DIA and $ARB, tokens. The weight of $ARB is calculated by equalizing their fully diluted market cap with DIA's at the time of the vote's creation. Souq has no token at the time of the vote.

• Project use case: On-Chain ETF with yield-generating DeFi protocol governance tokens in the near term and tokenized real world bonds in the medium-long term. DIA oracles are required to operate the NFT AMM which serves as the exchange for these ETF shares.
• Oracle Use: Spot prices of underlying assets are supplied to the AMM’s bonding curve.

Request for DIA Oracle Gasdrop Program

Our project, Souq, is currently building an NFT AMM on the Arbitrum network. We would like to participate in DIA’s Oracle Gasdrop program to operate our AMM as described above in this proposal. We understand that approval of this request requires a vote with more than 50% of YES votes from the holders of Arbitrum, DIA, and our project’s tokens. We are committed to providing any additional information required for the voting process. Thank you for considering our request.

About DIA Oracle Gasdrop

DIA is supporting dApp development with an Arbitrum grant program to co-sponsor gas costs of oracle updates. The grant program is designed to facilitate the evolution of new DeFi use cases within the Arbitrum ecosystem. The program is funded by ARB tokens received from the Arbitrum airdrop.
