015 Buy Dicks from DickStrategy

Using ETH from the recent GOOCH swap, we propose purchasing the 3 lowest priced dickbutts from the DickStrategy pool immediately. Then, reserving 13.37 ETH to buy the cheapest dickbutt held by the protocol each following Monday until the funds are exhausted, so long as:

There are 4 or more dickbutts in the reserve and the price of the dickbutt to be acquired is at max priced at 1.2x dickbutt floor as per OpenSea.

Those dickbutts acquired as such can then be used as awards/rewards for people who do well for the community, or in other good ways to promote the collection (additional snapshot proposal required.)
