002: Changing the CryptoDickbutts license to CC0.

When CDB launched, we used a modified version of the Nifty License, granting unlimited personal and commercial usage to CDB NFT holders. This license can be viewed here: https://www.cryptodickbutts.com/terms.html

We are now proposing that this license be replaced with a Creative Commons CC0 license, dedicating all rights (if any) to the public domain. This means that anyone will be able to use your CDB NFTs in any capacity, for unlimited personal or commercial use. Secondary royalties dedicated to the community treasury will not be changed and will continue to be put towards community-related initiatives.

The material implications of this decision are few, but enough people asked about this that we thought we'd put it to a vote.
