We are proposing the organization and funding of "Dickbutts on Ice", a unique and groundbreaking event designed to celebrate and promote the vibrant culture of the CryptoDickbutt community and our quest to return to Gooch Island. This event will be a fusion of figure skating performance, music, and social gathering, symbolizing the great unfreezing and rebirth of CryptoDickbutts. The event aims to attract a wide audience, both from within the CryptoDickbutt community and beyond, enhancing the visibility and appreciation of the CryptoDickbutt art, culture, and math. Event Details Location: UBS Arena, New York. Date: Apr 6, 2024 Duration: 10p-4a Proposed Budget: $75,000 Arena Rental: Rental of UBS Arena for the event. Production and Choreography: Hiring professional choreographers and figure skaters and dancers Development of the Cryptodickbutt-themed ice skating performance. DJ and Live Music: Engaging talented DJs and musicians Food and Open Bar: Catering services providing a variety of food options. An open bar with a selection of beverages. Transportation and Logistics: Arranging transportation for guests and equipment from Brooklyn to UBS arena Handling logistical aspects of the event. Event Management and Miscellaneous Expenses: Hiring an event management team to oversee the smooth execution of the event. Covering unforeseen expenses and contingencies.
