Should we increase total soul reaper passes count in new contract?

With the launch of our new upgrade soul passes we would like to provide the opportunity to our ‘digital animals club members’ to vote if we should be increasing the total supply for ‘soul reaper’ roles. We already has 83 out of 100 soul reapers, increased supply will allow people, who were late, to claim their pass as well as engage new joiners, who are just learning about digital animals.
