(Retroactive) Fund Season Two Tables with 1.5 ETH

this is a retroactive proposal to fund each table with 1.5 ETH instead of the originally planned $4,300 USDC given the market volatility impacting DinnerDAO's global treasury. each table will in turn be responsible for deciding when to convert ETH into USDC to fund dinners
