Resolution to expand Dinner DAO with new Portland chapter lead by Amber Case

Amber has submitted a proposal for expanding our NYC Dinner DAO to include Portland! She writes:

"I am writing to propose a Portland Dinner DAO.

8 years ago my friend and I had a concept called "Dinner with Eight" - a dining club of awesome people that would meet once a month for an amazing dinner! We wanted the flexibility (and the funding) to do an experimental dinner every time. However, when we looked at the fundraising aspects of it, it quickly became annoying. My former co-founder and I even tried to make a startup to make it easier to split the check! We put that idea on ice while we waited for something better to emerge.

When I heard about Dinner DAO, I was like "of course! Crypto!" Decentralization! Eth! DAOs! Problem solved.

I propose to do a Portland Dinner DAO to add to the community, conversation, and expansion of Dinner DAOs everywhere! As an anthropologist studying web economics, it would also be a super fun thing to study. I believe this is the forefront of fun and experimental community organization! Hooray!
