What is going on?

Let's buy multiple NFT Worlds plots of land. The NFT Worlds project is getting a lot of attention and they offer a staking opportunity for people who own land that are not yet developing on it. This is an investment in a popular metaverse project that allows us to reserve potential space while we figure out how Dino Babies in Space enters the Metaverse component and make some residual income from the staking of the land while we figure it out.

Staking and Renting Land

Early-stage research suggests staking Worlds is close to $20/day

Theoretically, land could be rented if the metaverse takes off. But for this proposal, we should not consider renting value as no land is rented yet.

An opportunity for Dino Babies in Space metaverse

Right now there is no intention to own a Metaverse space with the Dino Babies in Space franchise. However, having land would make it much easier to enter that environment.

If we decide to enter metaverse spaces, the land we are already investing in would be a clear contender to build upon.

Considerations

NFT World is popular and expensive. An NFT World Token is about 9e right now, which is a considerable investment. As a Community Wallet, we need high conviction that this is the Metaverse we are investing in.

We are not staffed at this time to build a world within the Minecraft universe. But this can be accomplished later on.

What you are voting on

This proposal requires a Ranked-choice voting. The voter will select their order of options from most preferred to least preferred. As options are eliminated, all votes from the eliminated option will go to their next preferred option. This continues until there is a 50% favorite. Note: select all the options you want ranked in one vote submission
