[Final] Allocate reserved pirates for promotional giveaways

This proposal has many variables at play. In a result that the winning vote is for a multi-variable option. The Council will decide what the final variables are. We simply do not have enough time to vote on each variable by mint day.

Please detail: What is the proposal?

Allocate Allowlist mints for pirates to be used in marketing campaigns such as Twitter giveaways, cross-project collabs, contests, etc.

Marketing Allowlist will mint with ETH.

This proposal is two folded

• Should we allocate pirates for marketing giveaway Allowlist?
• If yes, should we take that allocation from mint-with-eggs pool of space pirates (3388 available pirates) or mint-with-eth pool of space pirates (5,500 available pirates).

Why should we consider marketing at all?

Marketing will get new investors into the DinoBabies project, as right now all 8,888 pirates are allocated for existing holders.

How does this proposal benefit our members?

While it reduces the total amount of pirates that can be minted with eggs, it allows a new entry for investors and puts our project into the eyes of the NFT community. We do not believe our marketing for Space Pirates will be as effective without a tangible prize (allowlist entries) tied to the marketing.

If this proposal is implemented, how will we measure that it is working? What does success look like?

We will actively watch our engagement metrics from Twitter and increase discord activity with each giveaway. It is our expectation to increase our Twitter engagement by at least 50% and discord activity should increase to near genesis levels (december 2021)

##What are you voting on? This proposal requires Ranked-choice voting. The voter will select their order of options from most preferred to least preferred. As options are eliminated, all votes from the eliminated option will go to their next preferred option. This continues until there is a 50% favorite.

• 800 pirates from 5,500 ETH-mint Pool
• 650 pirates from 5,500 ETH-mint Pool
• 500 pirates from 5,500 ETH-mint Pool
• 300 Pirates from 3,388 egg-mint pool
• 500 Pirates from the 3,888 egg-mint pool
• Alternative option (discord vote)
• Reject proposal

Any option needs above 18% Quorum and to be greater than Reject option to pass approval on Final Vote.
