Proposal to Increase the Number of Signers Required for the DODO Treasury Multisig

Motivations Currently, there are only 2 members of the DODO Treasury multisig (gnosis safe 0x4447183c50e82a8b0141718c405381a3b1bad634). They are:

0x3e19d726ed435AfD3A42967551426b3A47c0F5b7 0x33b30a9e1c27d930bf5FEb975f1522c6623245D8 This has prompted some concern from the community about DODO’s security. After the recent hack of Ronin Bridge, in which 2 of their 5 signers getting compromised resulted a $100 million loss, the DODO community is especially interested in making the DODO Treasury secure and safe from any attack.

Proposal To increase the security and further decentralize the DODO treasury management, I purpose that DODO team should increase the number of signers required for transactions in the gnosis safe 0x4447183c50e82a8b0141718c405381a3b1bad634
