Vote to Approve or Decline funding of a Layer3 Bounty aimed at maximizing attendance and OE minting at PleasrHouse Episode 2.

This bounty will cost an estimated 2M DOG converted to 2000 USDC and targets 1000 participants ($2/person).

The DAOge will receive 10% of proceeds from the OE Mint.
