Methuselah Foundation Scientific Grants

The Methuselah Foundation is a biomedical charity with the mission to make 90 the new 50 by 2030. We incubate and sponsor mission-relevant ventures, fund research, and support projects and prizes to accelerate breakthroughs in longevity.

We are the largest member of the Dogelon Mars community thanks to a donation made by Vitalik Buterin. As such, we strive to utilize these donated funds to prosecute our shared mission to its full capacity.

We also strive to educate as many people as possible about the breakthroughs that are being made possible thanks to advances in healthcare and medicine. We recognize that a lot of innovation crosses into other fields, such as space and crypto. We want to invite the Dogelon Mars community to become active in granting recognition to exceptional individuals who are enabling a better future before our eyes with their research, inventions, and products in the medical and healthcare field.

Our Proposal: Have the community vote on a pool of three scientist (or scientific teams) who will get a $5,000 USD grant denominated in $ELON. These funds will be used to advance the research made by the winning scientist/team of scientist. The dynamics of this process will be voted on in a subsequent DAO proposal.
