Modify SHARE Discount Rate?

Robert created a proposal to modify the discount rate for USD burning to discounted SHAREs from 1% to 5%. We ask SHARE holders whether they approve of this protocol change in order to increase the amount of USD burned per day and bring the peg back to $1 quicker.
