Proposal #3: Should the voting time be shortened for Proposal #1?
When uploading our first proposal, there ended up being an error where the voting time was extended longer than we intended.
For this proposal, the question is as follows:
Should the voting time be adjusted / cut off to end on Monday, Jan 17th, rather than Friday, Jan 21st?
Pros & Cons:

Shortening the voting time would make our donation go out earlier. This would allow us to more quickly have an impact on the animals we're trying to serve.

Shortening the voting time would decrease the overall total # of voters as some dog owners have yet to vote.
