[FINAL PROPOSAL] Bring Doodles to Worldwide Webb3

Proposal:

• Allocate max of 25 ETH, or
• Do not allocate

Rationale:

• A non-dilutive upgrade to integrate Doodles into the Worldwide Webb3 (WWW3) pixel metaverse.
• The ability to play as your Doodle in the pixel metaverse will provide a new medium to engage in and bring a deeper connection to your Doodle. ** Doodlers will have to submit a request to activate their avatar. ** Doodlers can also submit requests for static images and animated gifs for use in other mediums.
• NOT a derivative collection or mint.

Timeline: Allocated funds will be kept in Doodlebank and disbursed as planned with the integration aimed to complete in March 2022.

Goal: Further the Doodles brand with additional recognition within the Web3 space and be positioned to capitalize on future opportunities within WWW3 while also providing holders a simple and interactive way to be their own Doodle.

Cost: Maximum of 25 ETH

• 15 ETH allocated for design, animation, and project management.
• 10 ETH flexibly allocated for programming and miscellaneous expenses.

Accountability: Funds will be under the custodian of the Founders and Doodlebank to be disbursed as milestones are reached.

• Disbursement Schedule: ** 5 ETH - Completion of all custom and special Doodles (sprite sheet for each) ** 5 ETH - Completion of all individual trait layers (sprite sheet for each) ** 5 ETH - Completion and satisfaction of the project ** 10 ETH - Flexible distribution for programming and miscellaneous costs; any unused funds will be kept and “returned” to Doodlebank.

Voting Info:

• Quorum (Racks): 10%
• Majority of Yes or No.
• Abstentions count to quorum but do not affect yes/no votes.
