The Doodle Watch: Term #2

The time has come to vote for the Doodle Watch.

The below applicants have summarized their qualifications, experience, and reasons for wanting to serve on the Doodle Watch.

Election of Doodle Watch

With the election of the Doodle Watch, our objectives are:

• Establish the community oversight over the community council
• Develop a feeder program for future community council positions
• Ensure the community’s voice is heard in council meetings

Members

1 position; however, we may change the amount over time.

Doodle Watch Responsibilities

• Attend Community Council meetings and take notes
• Ensure the mission and values of Doodles are being upheld
• Communicate council’s progress to broader Doodles community

The elected community member will observe Community Council meetings, take notes, and ensure the mission and values of Doodles are being upheld. The Doodle Watch member will also take an active role in sharing with the community the council’s progress. The Doodle Watch members do not vote in Community Council votes; however, they are expected to participate in the discourse actively. Successful Doodle Watch members will increase their likelihood of being selected for the Community Council.

Doodle Watch Election Process

Only Doodle holders may vote for the Doodle Watch. 1 Doodle = 1 Vote. You may split your votes into as many applicants as you like. The two applicants with the most votes will be elected to the Doodle Watch.

Timeline

• Doodle Watch Voting: 9/1 - 9/3
• Doodle Watch Start Date: 9/5

Voting Info

• No quorum. Private voting is enabled.
• Winner is elected to the Doodle Watch.
• Voters may split their Doodles votes into percentages for any number of applicants. 1 Doodle = 1 Doodle total.
