[FINAL] Chase the Rainbow Bounty Program + Funding

Proposal:

• Allocate max of 25 ETH; or
• Do not allocate

Rationale:

• Fund a bounty program for community led improvements and contributions to the game
• Fund game upkeep, operations, and marketing of the game

Timeline:

• The bounty funds will be available for redemption until the end of January 2023 (~4 months)
• The funds for game upkeep, operations, and marketing of the game will be disturbed immediately

Goals:

• Expand on the first use-case and utility of Space Doodles
• Plan and host occasional community-powered tournaments with prizes that Doodlers and all of web3 can look forward to
• Organically fund and empower the community by monetarily rewarding community participation and contribution
• Increased utilization and wrapping of the Space Doodles contract
• Provide a new source of exposure for the Doodles brand

Cost: 25 ETH

• 5 ETH will be reserved for community contributors of a variety of improvements and developments to the game and website in the form of bounties and rewards. Below are examples of improvements that can be made.
• 20 ETH will be allocated for development, maintenance, server upkeep, and operating costs.

• 5 ETH reserved for community contributors will be held in a custodial wallet by Mushy, and if there is any leftover ETH from this, it will be sent back to the Doodlebank at the end of January 2023.
