Rationale:

• Need to offer competitive contractor rates to acquire top talent
• Accelerate Doodlebank development and progress
• Ensure we have sufficient resources to continue delivering first-party experiences that add value to the OG Doodles collection
• Start with foundational hires that enable us to be creative and spread the brand across all mediums

Timeline: November 15th 2021 - May 15th 2021 (up to 6-month contracts for each role)

Goal:

• Bring value to Doodles holders in web3 and in the physical world allowing us to get closer to our goal of sharing the brand with millions

Cost: 90 ETH

Accountability:

• Doodles LLC will be responsible for all hiring, operations, roles & responsibilities definition, and termination if needed. Funds will be helped in a multisig wallet with Poopie/Burnt/Tulip as cosigners in a 2/3 signor policy. Payments to contractors will be made monthly
• Any remaining and unused funds for hires will be sent back into treasury on November 15th
