Administration of Cod3rs/Doordao wallet for Thr33som3s Season 10

tl;dr version JSON will be allowed to move the Doordao val3ntin3s and other inserts from the Doordao wallet to the Cod3rs wallet in order to participate in Season 10 of the Thr33som3s project. This consolidation will streamline the entry process as we will only have to pay one entry fee each week. (Entry fee approval will be a separate snapshot.)

To be clear: this is what we did the val3ntin3 exchange for back in February - to use them in the season.

The Val3ntin3 inserts are the key to participating in the Season 10 games. By burning these tokens, our wallet will be placed on the wheel for a chance to win base cards. This season, the base cards are not a new season, but will be filling in previous exiting teams. The reason for this is to even out the number of cards in each season, which currently is not the same. The advantage of holding these cards is they will be part of earlier seasons - making them potentially more valuable than if these were for a new team.

If this snapshot passes, I will be allowed to administer the process for thr33om3s related nfts for the purpose of entering the forms for each week. This will include moving the tokens between wallets and burning the necessary tokens for each week.

The cod3rs team received 5000 $3p (the thr33som3s currency), so any wins on the wheel will be paid for by the cod3rs wallet.

The cod3rs wallet holds some previous base cards, so any wins based on holder utility will remain with the team. Any wins using the Doordao inserts will be the property of the Doordao. At the conclusion of the season, any base cards belonging to the Doordao will be moved back to the appropriate wallet.
