🚪 Exit Through The DoorDAO!

After an adventurous journey together, I propose it's time to close the door. With some AI-magic I came up with this exit-plan.

📅 Timeline & Phases

Phase 1: The Great Crypto Split (November 30th, 2024)

• Reserve 3 ETH for gas fees
• 85% split equally among ALL ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS
• 15% split among non-participating members (those who were part of DoorDAO but didn't vote on this proposal)

Phase 2: The Fortune Favors The Door🎡 (December 2nd, 2024)

• Virtual wheel includes ALL ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS (Active = voted on this snapshot - including abstain/no votes!)
• Spinning order: Start with #20, more fun as we work up to #1
• Top 20 NFTs determined by floor price data and approval vote.

Phase 3: Your Favorite JPG 🗝️ (December 4th, 2024)

• Same wheel, same participants
• Winners can pick ANY remaining NFT
• Multiple rounds until no desired NFTs remain or out of gas.

Final Phase: The Gas Money Lottery 🎲 (After all NFTs are distributed)

• If available, any remaining gas funds will be raffled among ALL ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS

🎯 Rules of the Game

1. PARTICIPATION: You must vote on this proposal within 14 days to be considered an ACTIVE PARTICIPANT and be eligible for full benefits
2. All distributions will be recorded on-chain for transparency
3. Non-participating members receive 15% split of base crypto share only (no NFT participation)
4. A win is a win! Even if you can't make it to the live events, your prizes are guaranteed if you're an ACTIVE PARTICIPANT
