Saguargo

This proposal is to decide whether or not we give Saguar the opportunity to get back into DoorGang. He is happy to air it all out and answer any questions we have. This vote is simply to give him the opportunity to explain/defend himself. We will have another vote after to see if he can rejoin the gang.
